由于高等教育快速发展的需要,根据国家“三改一补”的政策,相当一批国家级重点中专学校升格为高职高专学校,为高职高专教育的发展增添了新生力量。这些学校在由中专教育转向高等教育的“转型期”不可避免存在教师对高等教育不够熟悉,在教育观念、教学工作模式上仍习惯于中专教学管理模式,面对高职高专教育的新要求、新使命,如何完成自身内涵上的升格就显得尤为迫切和重要。
Due to the rapid development of higher education, according to the national policy of “three changes and one supplement”, a considerable number of state-level key secondary vocational schools have been upgraded to higher vocational colleges, adding new force to the development of higher vocational education. The inevitable existence of teachers’ transition to higher education from secondary education to higher education is not familiar with higher education. In terms of education concept and teaching mode, teachers are still accustomed to the management mode of secondary school teaching. In the face of higher vocational education New requirements, new mission, how to accomplish the upgrading of their own content is particularly urgent and important.
