土生葡人是澳门一个独特的人们群体。此文对澳门土生葡人的饮食文化进行讨论。文章讨论了澳门土生葡人饮食文化的起源、演变和现状。指出 ,从家居饮食看 ,土生菜在澳门土生葡人饮食中的比重逐渐下降 ;而在饮食业中 ,由传统土生菜发展而来的澳门菜或称澳门式葡餐蓬勃发展 ,它不仅是土生葡人物质文化的代表 ,是土生葡人对澳门、中国乃至世界饮食文化的杰出贡献 ,也是土生葡人与华人等文化互动的结果 ,是澳门各族群宝贵的文化遗产。
Native Portuguese is a unique group of people in Macau. This article discusses the eating culture of Macanese natives in Macau. The article discusses the origin, evolution and current status of Macao native Portuguese food culture.
