Studies have shown that serum K ~ + can affect the reactivity of airway smooth muscle and is related to the pathogenesis of exercise-induced asthma (EIA). The normal serum (K ~ +) increased linearly with exercise intensity. Haas’ study showed that blood (K ~ +) in asthma patients was higher than that in normal subjects after exercise. To further confirm, the authors observed the response of serum K + to exercise in 32 asthmatic patients (12 of whom were EIA) and compared them to 7 healthy subjects. Subjects at least 12 hours before exercise withdrawal, all patients were asymptomatic and airway obstruction, and physical examination and chest X-ray without any abnormalities. The average FEV_ (1.0) / VC and FEV_ (1.0) (%) of healthy people were 80.3 and 101.4 respectively, and the patients were 78.4 and 102.5 respectively. All subjects
