目的 观察癫痫患者的血流动力学变化,探讨癫痫发作与脑血流变化的关系。方法 对2 0例癫痫患者进行脑电图(EEG)、经颅多普勒(TCD)和血液流变学检查。结果 EEG异常率10 0 % ,13例(6 5 % )均有痫性放电,7例(35 % )表现为2 3~7Hz中至高波幅弥漫性及局限性慢波。TCD异常率95 % ,12例表现为单支或多支血管血流增快,7例表现为单支或多支血管血流减慢。血液流变学异常率6 5 % ,显示全血还原粘度、全血粘度、血沉方程K值、血浆粘度等均高于正常值。结论 癫痫发作时脑功能和脑血流动力学均有改变,并有血液粘稠滞的特征。
Objective To observe the hemodynamic changes in patients with epilepsy and explore the relationship between seizures and cerebral blood flow changes. Methods EEG, transcranial Doppler (TCD) and hemorheology were performed in 20 patients with epilepsy. Results The abnormal EEG rate was 10%. Thirteen (65%) had epileptiform discharges, and 7 (35%) showed moderate to high amplitude diffuse and localized slow waves at 23-7Hz. The abnormal rate of TCD was 95%. In 12 cases, the blood flow of one or more vessels was increased, and the blood flow of one or more vessels slowed down in 7 cases. The abnormal rate of hemorheology was 65%, showing that the whole blood reduced viscosity, the whole blood viscosity, the erythrocyte sedimentation rate K value and the plasma viscosity were higher than the normal value. Conclusions Changes in brain function and cerebral hemodynamics during epileptic seizures and changes in blood viscosity.
