利用稀土氧化物与NH4HF2的直接反应和水热合成方法系统地研究了NH4F-LnF3体系。直接反应的主要产物是NH4LnF4、LnF3和NH4Ln2F7;水热反应的主要产物则是NH4Ln3F10和LnF3。同时研究了NH4GdF4∶Eu3+的VUV荧光性质。Gd3+与Eu3+离子之间存在能量传递过程,Eu3+离子的发光以5D0→7F2为主,表明稀土离子在NH4GdF4中处于非中心对称的格位。
The NH4F-LnF3 system was systematically investigated by direct reaction of rare earth oxides with NH4HF2 and hydrothermal synthesis. The main products of direct reaction are NH4LnF4, LnF3 and NH4Ln2F7. The main products of hydrothermal reaction are NH4Ln3F10 and LnF3. The VUV fluorescence properties of NH4GdF4:Eu3 + were also studied. The energy transfer exists between Gd3 + and Eu3 + ions. The luminescence of Eu3 + ions is dominated by 5D0 → 7F2, which indicates that the rare earth ions are in the non-central symmetrical sites in NH4GdF4.
