测量微粒粒度分布时 ,其光散射强度空间谱的准确获取以及其数值处理是决定测量精度的关键。研究表明 ,常用的二极管环靶空间分辨率低 ,且在宽信号响应域内响应为非线性 ,而单色线阵图像传感器BW -CCD对大信号响应时会产生响应饱和 ,从而直接影响测量精度。对此 ,该文提出一种以真彩面阵图像传感器3C -CCD作传感器获取图像 ,对大信号单色响应饱和区进行RGB三色均衡拟合 ,有效地解决了大信号饱和问题。通过图像的数值处理 ,最终取得较好的实验结果
When measuring the particle size distribution of particles, the accurate acquisition of space spectrum of light scattering intensity and its numerical processing are the keys to determine the measurement accuracy. The research shows that the commonly used diode ring targets have low spatial resolution and nonlinear response in wide signal response range. However, the response of monochromatic linear image sensor (BW-CCD) to large signal is saturated, which affects the measurement accuracy directly. In this regard, this paper presents a true color area array image sensor 3C -CCD sensor for image acquisition, monochrome response large saturation area RGB three-color equilibrium fitting, effectively solve the problem of large signal saturation. Through the numerical image processing, and ultimately get better experimental results
