测量CO_2激光功率用的积分球高温涂层的研制

实验研究了采用100~-360目的青铜粉以烧结法制备的多孔金属涂层.对10.6微米的CO_2激光光源实现了近似理想的漫反射,涂层材料的熔点可达1000℃以上,是目前同类积分球涂层中熔点最高的;涂层的机械和物理化学性质稳定;散热性能好,满足了高功率CO_2激光光源高温测量的要求. The porous metal coating prepared by sintering method with 100-360 mesh bronze powder was experimentally studied.The approximate ideal diffuse reflection of 10.6 μm CO2 laser source was achieved.The melting point of the coating material can reach over 1000 ℃, The integral ball has the highest melting point in the coating; the mechanical and physicochemical properties of the coating are stable; the heat dissipation is good, which meets the requirement of high temperature measurement of high power CO_2 laser light source.
