绩效考核作为绩效管理中的一个重要环节,对领导者来说它是一种责任,对工作人员来说它又是获得工作总结的一项权力。为了使绩效考核发挥出最大的功效,管理考核结果就变得非常重要。我国公务员绩效考核结果的管理工作已经逐步规范起来,但仍存在公示制度不健全、考核结果运用不科学等问题,为此,我们必须加强考核结果的运用等来改善考核结果的管理。
Performance appraisal as an important part of performance management, it is a responsibility for the leader, and it is also a right for the staff to get the job summary. In order for the performance appraisal to exert its utmost effect, the management appraisal result becomes very important. The management of the results of civil servants’ performance appraisal in our country has been gradually regulated. However, there are still some problems such as the unsound publicity system and the unscientific application of appraisal results. Therefore, we must strengthen the application of appraisal results to improve the management of appraisal results.
