建立培养人胚肝细胞脂质过氧化损伤模型,发现模型组细胞存活率下降,白蛋白分泌减少,丙氨酸转氨酶释放增加,与对照组比较差异有极显著性。电镜下细胞超微结构模糊,膜及膜性细胞器肿胀,或膜性结构断裂。加硒预防组上述损伤变化明显减轻,伴谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性增高。加硒治疗组上述保护作用较弱。提示预防性补硒可减轻脂质过氧化对人肝细胞的损害。
To establish a model of lipid peroxidation injury in human embryonic hepatocytes, we found that the survival rate of the model group decreased, albumin secretion decreased, the release of alanine aminotransferase increased, the difference was significant compared with the control group. Electron microscopy under the ultrastructure of fuzzy, membrane and membranous organelles swelling, or membranous structure rupture. Selenium prevention group significantly reduced the above changes in injury, with increased glutathione peroxidase activity. Addition of selenium treatment group weaker protection. Tip Preventive selenium can reduce the lipid peroxidation of human liver cell damage.
