针对带碳纤维增强复合材料箍环整体叶盘新结构 ,基于循环对称模型 ,采用正交各向异性和各向同性三维元对其进行有限元振动性分析 ,完成了模型叶盘的模态分析试验。 3种模型的数值分析结果与试验数据吻合较好 ,从而验证了上述方法的有效性。同时 ,指出了带箍叶盘振动的一些特点。
Aiming at the new structure of the whole leaf disc with carbon fiber reinforced composite hoop ring, based on the cyclic symmetry model, the finite element vibration analysis was conducted by orthogonal anisotropy and isotropic three-dimensional element. The modal analysis of model leaf disc was completed . The numerical results of the three models agree well with the experimental data, which verifies the validity of the above method. At the same time, pointed out some characteristics of hoop leaf vibration.
