目的探讨单排螺旋CT在腮腺肿瘤诊断中的应用。方法对本院70例腮腺肿瘤患者进行单排螺旋CT检查。结果有肿块在CT平扫均可显示,良性肿瘤22例,恶性肿瘤48例。增强扫描均有不同程度强化,CT值增高约为20~50Hu。肿瘤均位于腮腺内,其中位于浅叶26例,深叶11例,同时累计深浅叶23例,CT诊断与手术结果完全一致。良性者(CT22例)24例与病理诊断一致,恶性者(CT48例)44例与病理诊断一致,符合率为87.5%。结论CT能对腮腺肿瘤准确的定位并有较高的定性价值,有助于腮腺肿瘤的良恶性鉴别诊断,漏诊率和误诊率较低,这对于制定手术方案有着重要的价值。
Objective To investigate the application of single-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of parotid tumors. Methods A total of 70 patients with parotid tumor in our hospital were examined by single-slice spiral CT. The results of a mass of CT scan can be displayed in 22 cases of benign tumors, 48 cases of malignant tumors. Enhanced scanning has different degrees of enhancement, CT value increased about 20 ~ 50Hu. Tumors were located in the parotid gland, which was located in 26 cases of shallow leaves, deep leaves in 11 cases, while the cumulative depth of 23 cases of leaves, CT diagnosis and surgical results exactly the same. Twenty-four benign cases (CT22 cases) were consistent with the pathological findings. Forty-four cases with malignant tumors (CT48 cases) were consistent with the pathological findings, and the coincidence rate was 87.5%. Conclusion CT can accurately locate the parotid gland tumor and have high qualitative value, which is helpful for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant parotid tumors with low rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, which is of great value for the development of surgical plans.
