目的:介绍手摇额钻与XPS额钻的设备、使用方法、操作步骤;比较两种额钻在鼻内镜额窦开放手术中应用的区别及优缺点。方法:回顾分析2004年12月—2007年8月间的额窦炎43例,因术中额窦开口难辨而采用额钉辅助定位,其中使用手摇额钻20例,XPS额钻23例,总结手摇额钻与XPS额钻的优点和缺点、使用过程中常遇到的问题和风险,以及各自的使用方法和注意事项。结果:2组病例均在额钻辅助定位下成功开放额窦,2种额钻在使用过程均达到安全无误。结论:手摇额钻与XPS额钻除在操作步骤和方法上有所区别,XPS额钻较手摇额钻使用时更为轻便,速度更快;在鼻内镜额窦开放手术中的安全性、可靠性无差别。 OBJECTIVE: To introduce the equipment, methods of use and procedure of hand-cranked frontal drilling and XPS frontal drilling. The differences and advantages and disadvantages between the two kinds of frontal sinus surgery in open sinus surgery were compared. Methods: Forty-three cases of frontal sinusitis were retrospectively analyzed from December 2004 to August 2007, with frontal sinus openings being difficult to differentiate and using frontal nail assisted positioning. Among them, 20 were hand-cranial drilling and 23 were XPS drilling , Summed up the advantages and disadvantages of hand-cranked frontal drilling and XPS frontal drilling, problems and risks frequently encountered during use, and their respective methods of use and precautions.
