在分析我国食用菌产业发展及贸易现状基础上,以中美食用菌贸易为例构建引力模型,论证了技术性贸易壁垒对中国食用菌贸易的影响。结果表明:近10年来,我国食用菌出口量和出口额总体上呈增长趋势,部分年份由于受贸易壁垒等因素影响有所减少;出口品种主要为罐头类食用菌和干品类食用菌;我国食用菌出口的市场结构与输出地居民生活习惯相关性较强;引力模型显示美国的GNI、中美两国之间的汇率、我国设置的技术性贸易壁垒项数等因素未通过显著性检验,对食用菌出口影响较小;技术性贸易壁垒对我国食用菌出口影响显著为负,影响程度随着壁垒项数的增加而增强,另外我国的GDP与食用菌出口呈正相关关系,表明GDP增长可以带动我国食用菌产业的发展。
Based on the analysis of the development and trade status of edible mushroom industry in China, taking the mushroom trade between China and the United States as an example, a gravity model was constructed to demonstrate the impact of TBT on the trade of edible fungi in China. The results showed that in the recent 10 years, the export and export of edible fungi in our country have been on the whole increasing, some of them have been reduced due to trade barriers and other factors; the export varieties mainly include canned edible fungi and dried edible fungi; The market structure of the export of bacteria has a strong correlation with the living habits of exporting residents. The gravity model shows that the GNI in the United States, the exchange rate between China and the United States, the number of TBT items set in China and other factors did not pass the significant test. The impact of TBT on the export of mushroom was significantly negative, the impact degree increased with the increase of barrier count, and the GDP of our country was positively correlated with the export of mushroom, indicating that the growth of GDP could drive the development of China’s mushroom Industrial development.
