18 2 6年的漕粮海运 ,是清朝的首次漕粮海运和道光初政中的重要事件 ,也是陶澍、魏源等人直接参预的重要政治活动 ,因而是研究清代漕运和评价陶澍等人的热点问题之一。然而 ,由于在资料选择上的过于倾向性 ,导致以往学者对此次海运的评价 ,有普遍的拔高之处。本文即就其中三个最重要的观点 :“雇商海运”、“行走与内河无异”以及“较常年河运所省之数甚多”进行批驳 ,指出应正确评价此次漕粮海运 ,并得出了自己的观点。
The 18-2-6 years of grain and water transportation were the first important events in the Qing dynasty for the grain and water transport and the Daoguang administration.
