德勤国际会计师行是世界六大国际会计师事务所之一,系由大美国际会计公司(Deloitte, Haskings&Sells. DHS,中译“迪里奥特·哈斯金斯·赛尔斯”)与杜罗司国际会计公司(Touche Ross&Co.,TR,中译“塔奇·罗斯”)于1989年合并而形成。德勤国际会计师行的业务遍及世界各地,服务网络遍布110个国家,共有工作人员58000多人,1991年的年营业收入超过了10亿美元,合并后的德勤,在世界六大国会计公司中排名第三。德勤国际会计师行总部设在纽约,主席由原大美公司主席I·M·库克先生(J. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu is one of the six largest international accounting firms in the world and is represented by Deloitte, Haskings & Sells. DHS, in Chinese “Diliot Haskins Xells” The merger of Touche Ross & Co. (TR, Chinese translation of “Tachy Ross”) in 1989 formed. With offices in 110 countries and over 58,000 staff members, Deloitte & Touche has annual revenues of more than $ 1 billion in 1991 and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in the rankings of the world’s top six accounting firms three. Deloitte & Touche is headquartered in New York and chaired by J. Michael Cook, former Chairman of Daimei Corporation. Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Regional markets are more evenly distributed, with 45% of revenue generated in the United States and more than 50% of revenues generated outside the United States. Over 600 multinational corporations are audited by Deloitte
