目的对按照《中国药典》2010年版方法标定的氢氧化钠滴定液浓度进行不确定度评定。方法通过不确定来源分析,建立滴定液不确定度的数学模型,对标定过程中各种影响因素进行分析评估。结果根据各变量的不确定度计算出合成不确定度,最终得到标定结果的扩展不确定度。结论建立了标定氢氧化钠滴定液浓度的不确定度评定方法。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the uncertainty of the concentration of sodium hydroxide solution according to the 2010 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Methods Based on the analysis of uncertain sources, a mathematical model of the uncertainty of titration solution was established, and various influencing factors in the calibration process were analyzed and evaluated. Results Based on the uncertainty of each variable, the uncertainty of synthesis was calculated and finally the expanded uncertainty of calibration result was obtained. Conclusion The method of evaluating the uncertainty of calibration sodium hydroxide titrant was established.
