目的通过对21例新生儿窒息复苏的临床实践总结体会。方法按照美国儿科协会和美国心脏协会主编《新生儿窒息复苏》(中译本)教材ABCDE复苏方案,对21例轻、重度窒息的新生儿进行复苏。结果复苏成功率95.2%(20/21),1例家属自动放弃。结论新生儿窒息复苏要熟练掌握技术要领,默契配合。 Objective To summarize the experience of 21 cases of neonatal asphyxia recovery. Methods Twenty-one newborns with mild or severe asphyxia were resuscitated according to ABCDE program, which was edited by the American College of Pediatrics and the American Heart Association, “Neonatal Asphyxia Resuscitation” (Chinese version). Results The success rate of recovery was 95.2% (20/21), and one case of family member gave up automatically. Conclusion Neonatal asphyxia resuscitation to master the technical essentials, tacit cooperation.
