本文采用反相高效液相色谱外标法对6.5%甲基硫菌灵·乙霉威粉剂的有效成分进行定量测定,采用Nova-PakC18色谱柱,以甲醇:水(60:40)作为流动相,检测波长为254nm。该方法平均回收率分别为99.31%和98.91%,变异系数分别为0.32%和0.95%。
In this paper, the active ingredient of 6.5% thiophanate-methyl mold powder was quantitatively determined by RP-HPLC using Nova-Pak C18 column with methanol: water (60:40) as the mobile phase , Detection wavelength of 254nm. The average recoveries of this method were 99.31% and 98.91%, respectively, and the coefficients of variation were 0.32% and 0.95% respectively.
