目的建立食源性疾病数据库,为食源性疾病的调查和防控提供参考。方法查阅相关文献资料,将所搜集的有关食源性疾病信息,按照致病因子、宿主、媒介、载体、潜伏期、临床症状、诊断、治疗方法和流行分布等条目进行整理,并录入SQL2000数据库。结果建立了一个包括细菌性、病毒性、真菌性、生物毒素性、化学性、动物性、植物性和寄生虫性8大类158种食源性疾病信息的数据库。结论该数据库较为全面系统,为食源性疾病数字化流调系统的构建奠定了基础。
Objective To establish a database of foodborne diseases and provide reference for the investigation and prevention and control of foodborne diseases. Methods According to the relevant literature, the collected information about foodborne diseases was sorted according to the pathogenic factors, host, vector, vector, incubation period, clinical symptoms, diagnosis, treatment methods and epidemic distribution, and entered into the SQL2000 database. As a result, a database of 158 foodborne diseases including eight categories of bacteria, viruses, fungi, biotoxins, chemicals, animals, plants and parasites was established. Conclusion The database is more comprehensive and systematic and lays the foundation for the construction of a digital flow control system for foodborne diseases.
