当前,依法防治“非典”工作正在有条不紊地进行着。总结前一段时间的经验和教训,在遇到像“非典”爆发、流行这样的突发公共卫生事件时,政府和社会都存在一些片面认识。今后有必要强调依法防治的重要意义,努力提高政府和社会公众依法防治“非典”的法律意识。同时,我国有必要进一步完善相应的法律规范。 At present, the work of controlling “SARS” according to law is proceeding in an orderly manner. Summing up the experience and lessons learned from the previous period, some unilateral understandings exist in the government and in society in the face of unexpected public health incidents such as the outbreak and epidemic of SARS. In the future, it is necessary to emphasize the importance of prevention and treatment according to law and to strive to raise the awareness of the government and the general public in legal prevention and treatment of SARS according to law. At the same time, it is necessary for our country to further improve the corresponding legal norms.
