3例猪囊尾蚴病引起的假性肌肥大患者,采用吡喹酮总剂量120～t80mg/kg治疗,疗程8天～1月。治后1/2～2月,肌肥大明显改善,肌力恢复,1例活动受限消失。4～9月后随访,疗效巩固,体表结节减少,神经精神症状改善。
