案情回放2009年6月9日,宁某受聘到北京某科技有限公司的工程规划部,负责机电维修、设备安装等工作。因科技公司拖延未订立书面劳动合同,双方约定工资标准每月3200元,工资支付形式是按月支付现金或打卡上,宁某每次都在科技公司的工资条上签字。宁某大部分工作时间都按照科技公司的安排在全国各地为客户进行现场安装维修等工作,同时在公司经营地和客户所在地负责技术培训,每天加班工作,从未休息过。宁某由于工作环境高度污染,劳动繁重,工作量大,加班加点过度劳累病倒了。2010年1月17日,科技公司负责人通知宁某签字领取2009年12月份工资后暂停工作,自行医病。
