本文以培养学生综合职业能力为目标,依据岗位(群)能力要求,校企合作共同制定PLC实践教学课程标准,科学的创新实践教学模式,构建认知领域、能力领域和职业素质领域相融合的多元化实践教学评价体系。与国内同类PLC实践课程相比,在职业意识的培养与职业能力的训练上有所突破,对学生的技能训练注重实战性、有效性;知识的传授方法上有新的突破,在教学中取得了较好的成效。
This article aims at cultivating students’ comprehensive professional ability. Based on the ability of post (group) and the cooperation between school and enterprise, this paper establishes the PLC practical teaching curriculum standard, the scientific innovative practice teaching mode, and the integration of cognitive field, competence field and professional quality field Diversified practice teaching evaluation system.
