研究了两种新型航空铝合金的L-T和T-L取样方向的平面应变断裂韧性KIC值,采用标准紧凑拉伸试样进行试验,最后对实验数据进行了整理比较,并对试件进行了扫描电镜观察,通过电镜照片分析了该现象的产生机理。研究结果显示,这两种新型航空铝合金平面应变断裂韧性均高于传统航空铝合金,且存在明显的各向异性。对于同种铝合金材料而言,L-T取向的KIC值高出T-L取向KIC值42%~45%。
The plane strain fracture toughness (KIC) values of LT and TL for two new types of aviation aluminum alloys were studied. The standard compact tensile test specimens were used for the test. Finally, the experimental data were sorted and compared, and the specimens were observed by scanning electron microscopy The mechanism of this phenomenon was analyzed by electron microscopy. The results show that the plane strain fracture toughness of the two new types of aviation aluminum alloy is higher than the traditional aviation aluminum alloy, and there is obvious anisotropy. For the same kind of aluminum alloy material, KIC value of L-T orientation is 42% -45% higher than T-L orientation KIC value.
