从混凝土泵车泵送作业节能角度出发,根据实际工作中不同的作业对象和工作要求,提出基于泵车作业方式的混凝土泵车全局功率匹配节能控制策略。依据该节能控制策略,利用混凝土泵车现有的电控系统搭建节能控制系统。节能控制系统通过采集泵送作业时的变量泵出口压力和排量以及发动机转速,获得作业所需的功率和转矩,在保证供油流量和作业功率的前提下,实现变量泵排量和发动机运行转速按节能控制特性联合调节,达到节能的目的。
According to the different work objects and work requirements in practical work, a global power matching energy-saving control strategy based on pump-truck operation mode is put forward from the perspective of energy-saving pumping of concrete pump truck.
