目的 :探讨一种适用性强、敏感性高的乙型肝炎 (乙肝 )表面抗原检测方法。方法 :在乙肝表面抗原与相应抗体特异性反应的基础上 ,逐步加入生物素化抗体、亲合素 DNA耦联物 ,PCR扩增相应的DNA标记 ,通过检测DNA来反映相应抗原的量。结果 :免疫PCR检测敏感度为常规酶联免疫试剂盒的 30 0倍。结论 :免疫PCR是一种适用于乙肝表面抗原的、高度敏感的检测方法
Objective: To explore a method of detection of Hepatitis B (hepatitis B) surface antigen with strong applicability and high sensitivity. Methods: Based on the specific reaction between hepatitis B surface antigen and the corresponding antibody, biotinylated antibody and avidin conjugate were gradually added, and corresponding DNA markers were amplified by PCR. The amount of corresponding antigen was detected by detecting DNA. Results: The sensitivity of immuno-PCR detection was 30 0 times of that of conventional ELISA kit. Conclusion: Immune PCR is a highly sensitive detection method for hepatitis B surface antigen
