实现“创建学习型班组,培育知识化职工”的工作目标,从而为装置安稳长周期低成本的运行打下坚实的基础,一直是我们工会组织不断追求的目标。去年公司提出了从“低成本战术到低成本战略”的思想,如何把这种思想贯彻好并运用到实际的工作中,将对我们工会工作提出新的要求和挑战。
To achieve the goal of “creating a learning team and nurturing a knowledgeable staff”, and laying a solid foundation for the safe and long-term operation of the unit at a low cost, has always been the goal pursued by our trade union organizations. Last year, the company put forward the idea of “low-cost tactics to low-cost strategy,” and how to put this idea into practice and apply it to actual work will put forward new requirements and challenges to our work in trade unions.
