由于电液位置伺服系统非线性的缺点,常规PID(Proportional Integral Derivative,PID)已不能很好地完成控制要求,因此,在系统中加入模糊PID控制器。利用AMESim建立电液位置伺服系统的仿真模型和MATLAB建立模糊PID控制器的模型,进行联合仿真。通过d SPACE半实物仿真软件验证仿真结果。结果表明,模糊PID控制器与常规PID控制器相比,能很好地适应环境,具有更好的控制性能。
Due to the nonlinearity of electro-hydraulic position servo system, the conventional PID (Proportional Integral Derivative, PID) can not fulfill the control requirements well. Therefore, fuzzy PID controller is added to the system. Using AMESim to establish the simulation model of electro-hydraulic position servo system and MATLAB to build the model of fuzzy PID controller for joint simulation. Simulation results were verified by d SPACE semi-physical simulation software. The results show that the fuzzy PID controller can adapt well to the environment and has better control performance than the conventional PID controller.
