[目的]探讨氧化电位水与含氯消毒剂对医院重症监护病房环境微生物的消毒效果。[方法]分别用2种消毒剂对重症监护病房的地面、计算机键盘、电话按键、床头柜、仪器面板等进行消毒,并于消毒前、消毒后分别进行采样检测,比较两者的杀菌效果。[结果]氧化电位水的平均杀菌率为97.6%,含氯消毒剂的平均杀菌率为95.7%。对消毒前后细菌菌落数差值的均数进行t检验,氧化电位水的消毒效果优于含氯消毒剂(t=2.12,P<0.05)。[结论]与含氯消毒剂相比,氧化电位水具有对环境微生物的杀菌效果好、经济、环保的优点,对于目前医院环境尤其是人群密集和耐药菌较多的重症监护病房的消毒,是较理想的消毒剂。
[Objective] To investigate the disinfection effect of oxidative potential water and chlorine-containing disinfectant on environmental micro-organisms in hospital intensive care unit. [Method] Two kinds of disinfectants were used to sterilize the ground of the ICU, computer keyboard, telephone keys, bedside cabinets and instrument panel, respectively. Before and after disinfection, the samples were respectively tested for germicidal efficacy. [Result] The average disinfection rate of oxidation potential water was 97.6% and the average disinfection rate of chlorine disinfectant was 95.7%. Before and after disinfection, the number of bacterial colonies was t test. The disinfection effect of oxidizing potential water was better than that of chlorine disinfectant (t = 2.12, P <0.05). [Conclusion] Compared with chlorine disinfectant, oxidizing potential water has the advantages of good bactericidal effect on environmental microorganisms, economy and environmental protection. For the current hospital environment, especially intensive disinfection of intensive care unit and intensive crowd, Is the ideal disinfectant.
