随着汽车销量的不断攀升,汽车相关的投诉也与日俱增。令人失望的是,消费者的投诉能够得到圆满解决的只是很少一部分。更为遗憾的是汽车作为大宗消费品,却一直没有进入商品三包的范围。“3,15”维权日前后,众多媒体披露了由于三包政策的缺失、鉴定机构的缺位,让汽车维权往往走入“死胡同”的现实。“死胡同”之一:只能买不能换更不能退这可能是当前出现过最多的,也最难解决的有关新车质量问题的投诉。尽管有人买了车后,从一开始就出现问题,车主提出换车,可是因为没有相关的规定,车就是换不了,只能在质保期享受免费维修的政策。修车油费路费固然要自己承担,如果时间一久过了质保期,更换某些部件就要自己掏钱修了,这势必是不小的费用!
