State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council Order No. 35 “Measures for the Administration of Overseas Investment of Central Enterprises” has been examined and approved by the office of the director of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and is hereby promulgated and will come into force as of the date of promulgation. The Interim Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Overseas Investments by Central Enterprises (SASAC Order No. 28) promulgated in 2012 shall be repealed at the same time.
