目的:探讨助产士业务水平在产房护理风险管理中的意义。方法:选取2014年7月~2015年6月的200例自然分娩产妇及2016年的200例自然分娩产妇,分别作为对照组和观察组,2015年7~12月对助产士进行集中专业培训,比较两组产妇的分娩活跃期时间、产房护理缺陷发生率、新生儿难产率,以及产妇对助产士服务满意度。结果:与对照组相比,观察组产妇分娩活跃期时间明显缩短(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组产房护理缺陷发生率、新生儿难产率均明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组产妇对助产士服务满意度明显提升(P<0.05)。结论:助产士业务水平的提高,能够有效降低产房护理风险发生率,提升产房护理服务质量及满意度。
Objective: To explore the significance of the midwife’s professional level in the risk management of delivery room care. Methods: From July 2014 to June 2015, 200 cases of natural childbirth and 200 cases of natural childbirth in 2016 were selected as control group and observation group respectively. From July to December in 2015, midwives were trained intensively and compared with each other Maternal delivery time of two groups, maternity care defects, neonatal dystocia rates, and maternal satisfaction with midwifery services. Results: Compared with the control group, the active labor period of the observation group was significantly shorter (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the incidence of nursing defects and the rate of neonatal dysthymia in the observation group were significantly decreased (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the satisfaction rate of the observation group maternal to the midwifery service increased significantly (P <0.05). Conclusion: The improvement of midwife’s business level can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing risk in delivery room and improve the quality and satisfaction of delivery room care service.
