微博作为一种新媒体或新的媒介形式,会产生新信息,制造新事件,形塑新内容,蕴含新标准。通过对微博的形式、微博的内容以及“微博事件”的分析可以发现,微博“一对多”的平台最为彻底,有助于建立起相互讨论乃至共同行动的新型共同体(社区);微博的主帖与跟帖的互动性,较之传统媒体具有巨大的优越性,尽管其中不免有表演的痕迹,但是核心人物的倡导与示范,大量网民的跟进、配合与信息传递,已被证明是有效的集体行动模式。微博蕴含了改变信息甚至改变社会的正反两方面的巨大力量,其“魔力”能否被驾驭,并被导向道德反思、社会建设与社会创新,这是在新的媒介形式和信息传播环境下亟待实践的课题。
