公安执法工作是维护城市和社会和谐稳定的重要环节,目前公安执法活动日益面临着风险防范和人权保障问题的新挑战。风险防控与人权保障都指向人的安全,两者之间既有对立性又有其统一性,从公安机关工作性质和现代公安的精神方面来考虑,公安机关在执法工作时,应充分理解两者间的利害关系,并注意做好协调风险防控和人权保障的权衡。基于此本文就公安指法中作中的风险防控与人权保障进行分析,借以维护与提升公安机关的公信力,促进党和政府在民众中的威信。 Public security law enforcement is an important link in safeguarding the harmony between the city and society.
