[目的]为从事朊病毒相关操作的实验室做好有关的风险评估及生物安全防护工作提供依据。[方法]从朊病毒的病原学、致病性、传播途径、危害性、预防和实验活动的特点等方面提出朊病毒实验室风险评估要求。[结果]朊病毒实验室风险评估有利于建立朊病毒实验室标准操作程序从而有助于保护朊病毒实验人员。[结论]朊病毒的实验室风险评估是朊病毒实验室活动的前提,对保护实验室工作人员的安全具有非常重要的意义。 [Objective] To provide basis for related risk assessment and biosecurity work in laboratories engaged in prion-related operations. [Method] The prion laboratory risk assessment requirements were put forward from the prion etiology, pathogenicity, route of transmission, harmfulness, characteristics of prevention and experimental activities. [Results] Prion laboratory risk assessment facilitated the establishment of prion laboratory standard operating procedures to help protect prion laboratory personnel. [Conclusion] The prion laboratory risk assessment is the premise of prion laboratory activities, which is of great significance to the safety of laboratory staff.
