一、引言 在工程结构、材料元件的稳定性实验以及机械加工等各方面工作中,往往需要测量位移。平常是用百分表进行的,但由于量程小、不能自动记录等缺点,不能满足实验工作的要求;国内当前生产的位移传感器有电感式的和差动变压器式的,但它们的最大量程也不超过25mm而且配套使用也较复杂。为此,我们试制了电阻式位移传感器,它的特点是量程大,原理、结构简单,配套使用方便;不足之处是相对百分表而言分辩能力低些,而且每改变0.04毫米时输出的也信号有跳变。
