激励机制的建立和完善是企业生产力的重要保障,有效的激励机制不但可以发挥员工原有的积极性、主动性和创造性,而且可以开发出员工内在的巨大潜力。本文是以利益分析作为理论框架的基点,来探讨企业激励机制与利益、制度之间的内在机理。并通过合理的制度安排,实现和保障企业激励机制的有效运作,以促进企业快速发展。
The establishment and improvement of the incentive mechanism is an important guarantee for the productivity of an enterprise. An effective incentive mechanism can not only exert the employee’s original enthusiasm, initiative and creativity, but also develop the enormous potential inherent in the employee. This article takes the benefit analysis as the starting point of the theoretical framework to discuss the internal mechanism between the incentive mechanism and the benefits and the system of the enterprise. And through reasonable institutional arrangements, to achieve and protect the effective operation of the enterprise incentive mechanism to promote the rapid development of enterprises.
