介绍了一种基于位总线(Bitbus)分布式测控系统的机载试验数据采集系统的设计和实现。该系统采用模块化设计,硬件以Intel分布式控制模块为基础,软件基于iDCX51固件。系统设计成位总线主从结构,由一个主采集节点和三个子采集节点组成,主采集节点实现对系统的控制,同步三个采集节点采样、接收、存储并处理数据,子采集节点实现对被测试信号的采集。主采集节点与子采集节点间采用位总线通讯,用双绞屏蔽线连接。
This paper introduces the design and implementation of an onboard test data acquisition system based on Bitbus distributed measurement and control system. The system uses a modular design, hardware based on Intel distributed control module, the software is based on iDCX51 firmware. The system is designed as a bus master-slave architecture consisting of a master acquisition node and three sub-acquisition nodes. The master acquisition node controls the system. The three acquisition nodes synchronously sample, receive, store and process the data. The sub-acquisition node Test signal acquisition. The main acquisition node and sub-acquisition node using bit-bus communication, twisted-pair shielded cable connection.
