质控师在工作实践中将“尊重和服务”的人性化管理理念贯穿于质控全过程,充分调动医师的主动性、积极性和创造性,自觉参与到病案质量管理中。注意提高医师工作的满意度,构建和谐的医院发展环境,建立沟通交流的渠道,对病历书写中的缺陷给予帮助和指导,相互促进,不断提高病历书写质量。
In the work practice, the quality control engineer applies the concept of “respect and service” to the whole process of quality control, fully mobilizes the initiative, enthusiasm, and creativity of the physician and consciously participates in the quality management of medical records. Pay attention to improving the satisfaction of doctors’ work, building a harmonious hospital development environment, establishing channels for communication, giving help and guidance to the defects in the writing of medical records, promoting each other, and continuously improving the writing quality of medical records.
