信钢自1987年首次采用高炉煤气布袋除尘工艺,先后改造了原洗涤塔—文氏管式湿法除尘工艺。主要采用内滤式、加压反吹布袋除尘工艺。在生产中经常被迫放散反吹,浪费能源和污染环境。而且布袋使用寿命短,更换频繁,使得生产运行成本较高。2002年起将内滤式除尘工艺改造成外滤式脉冲反吹工艺。本文重点分析并探讨了高炉煤气内滤式脉冲反吹布袋除尘设备改造设计。 Letter steel since 1987 for the first time blast furnace gas bag dust removal process, has transformed the original scrubber - Venturi wet dust removal process.
