目的建立风痛安胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法测定风痛安胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的含量。使用C18柱,乙腈-0.025mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液-0.025mol/L十二烷基硫酸钠(50∶25∶25)为流动相,检测波长为345nm。结果线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.19%,RSD为1.9%。结论本方法精密度高,分离度良好,可用风痛安胶囊的质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fengtongan capsule. Methods The content of berberine hydrochloride in Fengtongan capsule was determined by HPLC. Using a C18 column, acetonitrile-0.025 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution-0.025 mol/L sodium dodecyl sulfate (50:25:25) was used as the mobile phase and the detection wavelength was 345 nm. The results showed a good linear relationship with an average recovery of 100.19% and an RSD of 1.9%. Conclusion The method has high precision and good resolution, and can be used to control the quality of Feng Tong An Capsule.
