目的:改进古方荆门上清丸的制备工艺,使之适应现代制药要求。方法:以乙醇为赋形剂,将传统手工制丸改为泛制法制作。结果:泛制法工艺简单,成品质量均一,可控,生产效率高。结论:泛制法可作为荆门上清丸的规模生产制备工艺。 OBJECTIVE: To improve the preparation process of Jingfang Jingmen Shangqing Pills to adapt to modern pharmaceutical requirements. Methods: Using ethanol as the excipient, the traditional handmade pills were changed to the generic method. Results: The pan-process method is simple, the product quality is uniform, controllable and the production efficiency is high. Conclusion: Pan-law method can be used as Jingmen Shangqing Wan scale production and preparation process.
