教学后记是一般教学程序之外的一项工作,与教师个人的责任心事业心有关。进取的教师因为对教学富有理想,会重视教学后记这一提升教学水准的途径,对教学进行自觉的反思与总结,甚至开展研究。这样的教师往往将教学后记视同私人日记,是其生命价值的呈现,也是才情的体现。因此,在一定意义上,教学后记也是教师的“抽屉文学”,是教学活动的一部分。本期就提高教学后记的写作质量进行讨论,以期引起对教师“抽屉文学”的重视,并提供具体的写作建议。
Teaching postscript is a job outside of the general teaching process, and it is related to the teacher’s individual responsibility and dedication. Aggressive teachers, who are full of ideals for teaching, will pay attention to teaching postscripts as a way to improve teaching standards, consciously review and summarize teaching, and even conduct research. Such teachers often regard the post-teaching as a private diary, which is the presentation of their life value and the embodiment of their talents. Therefore, in a certain sense, the teaching postscript is also the teacher’s “drawer literature” and is part of the teaching activities. In this issue, we will discuss how to improve the writing quality of teaching postscripts so as to draw attention to the “drawer literature” of teachers and provide specific writing suggestions.
