目的:建立离子色谱法测定口服补液盐散(Ⅱ)中的总钠和钾的含量。方法:采用IonPac CS 12A色谱柱(250 mm×4mm,8.5μm);淋洗液:20 mmol.L-1的甲烷磺酸溶液;流速:1.0 mL.min-1;抑制器:CSRS ULTRAⅡ4 mm自身循环抑制器;抑制电流:90 mA;电导检测器,温度35℃。结果:钠离子和钾离子的线性范围分别为2.994~299.4μg.mL-1(r=1.000)和0.9104~91.04μg.mL-1(r=1.000),回收率分别为101.0%和100.2%。结论:本方法准确、简便、快速,重复性好,可用于口服补液盐散(Ⅱ)中的总钠和钾的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of total sodium and potassium in oral rehydration salt powder (Ⅱ) by ion chromatography. Method: IonPac CS 12A column (250 mm × 4 mm, 8.5 μm); eluent: 20 mmol.L-1 methanesulfonic acid solution; flow rate: 1.0 mL.min-1; suppressor: CSRS ULTRA Ⅱ 4 mm Circulation suppressor; Suppression current: 90 mA; Conductivity detector, temperature 35 ℃. Results: The linear ranges of sodium and potassium were 2.994-299.4 μg.mL-1 (r = 1.000) and 0.9104-91.04 μg.mL-1 (r = 1.000) respectively. The recoveries were 101.0% and 100.2%, respectively. Conclusion: This method is accurate, simple, rapid, reproducible, and can be used for the determination of total sodium and potassium in oral rehydration salt powder (Ⅱ).
