传媒监督是实现司法公正的重要支撑,然而传媒的不当监督又会干扰司法公正的实现,因此,传媒监督与实现司法公正既有一致的一面,又有相冲突的一面。一方面,传媒对司法监督缺乏理性,存在传媒对司法活动报道重实体轻程序、重主观评论轻客观报道、评判重道义轻法律等问题;另一方面,司法对传媒监督也存在缺乏理性配合和理性回应等非理性排斥现象。目前条件下,传媒应加强自身法律素养建设,传媒监督应注重对司法程序的监督,司法机关对传媒监督报道应加强配合与回应,最终实现传媒监督与司法公正的理性结合。
Media supervision is an important support for realizing judicial justice. However, inappropriate supervision by the media will interfere with the realization of judicial fairness.
