目的是了解中专生生活应激状况与其心理健康的关系。方法是对整群随机抽取的中专生,用《青少年生活应激量表》和《青少年心理健康量表》进行调查分析。结果中专生生活应激的各个因子与心理健康的各个因子存在不同维度的相关性,并且对中专生心理健康有一定的预测作用。最后结论告诉我们营造良好的校园氛围,注意对中专生生活应激的控制,培养学生积极生活的态度,对于学生心理健康的培养具有重要的作用和意义。
The purpose is to understand the relationship between secondary school students’ life stress and their mental health. Method is to cluster randomly selected secondary school students, with “adolescent stress questionnaire” and “adolescent mental health scale” for investigation and analysis. Results The various factors of life stress in secondary school students and the various factors of mental health exist different dimensions of correlation and have some predictive effects on the mental health of secondary school students. The final conclusion tells us to create a good campus atmosphere, pay attention to the control of life stress in secondary school students, students develop a positive attitude towards life, for students mental health training has an important role and significance.
