目的:探究胰岛素类似物和人胰岛素在强化治疗2型糖尿病患者过程中对患者的血糖控制效果和胰岛素β细胞的功能改善程度。方法:将绍兴文理学院附属医院收治的124例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照治疗的先后顺序分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组患者采用胰岛素类似物进行治疗,对照组患者则采用人胰岛素进行治疗。比较两组患者的血糖控制情况以及胰岛β细胞功能改善程度。结果:治疗之后,两组患者的血糖控制效果良好,但观察组患者的血糖达标所用时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,两组患者在治疗之后胰岛β细胞功能均有所改善,但观察组患者在提升胰岛β细胞分泌功能、降低胰岛素抵抗上明显优于对照组,差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,两组患者在治疗过程中均有少量患者出现轻微的不良反应情况,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用胰岛素类似物对2型糖尿病患者进行强化治疗,能够更加快速地使患者血糖达标。在血糖控制效果以及胰岛β细胞功能改善程度上比人胰岛素更为有效,有利于2型糖尿病患者的血糖长时间达标,值得在临床上积极推广。
AIM: To investigate the effect of insulin analogs and human insulin on glycemic control and insulin β-cell function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: A total of 124 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the affiliated hospital of Shaoxing University of Arts and Sciences were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the order of treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with insulin analogues while the patients in the control group were treated with human Insulin for treatment. Blood glucose control and pancreatic β-cell function were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the blood sugar control effect was good in both groups, but the time taken by the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). In addition, both groups of patients after treatment of pancreatic β-cell function were improved, but the observation group patients in enhancing pancreatic β-cell secretion and reduce insulin resistance was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). At the same time, a slight adverse reaction occurred in a small number of patients in both groups during the treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: The use of insulin analogs to intensively treat patients with type 2 diabetes will enable patients to achieve their glycemic targets more quickly. In the blood glucose control and pancreatic β-cell function to improve the degree of more than human insulin is more effective in patients with type 2 diabetes, long-term blood glucose standards, it is worth actively clinical promotion.
