事业单位是保障社会公益性福利发展的服务单位,它起着推动时代发展、社会进步的作用。近几年我国事业单位财政体制也有了重大的改革,特别是2012年国家新出台的行政事业单位内控管理办法的出现,使行政事业单位的内部控制等方面有了明显的提高,为社会整体经济有序发展做出了一定的贡献,但是有的行政事业单位特别是基层事业单位在人员管理、预算管理、收支管理、资产管理等方面出现了许多弊端,已严重地阻碍了事业单位的经济体制改革与发展,并影响了社会的整体经济效益,所以本人从实际工作出发结合自己的工作经验,对现实工作中人员管理、预算管理、收支管理、资产管理等方面存在的问题及原因并加以改进的措施谈谈自己的看法。
