美国政府和军队近年设立了多项氰化物相关的项目,旨在发生突发性化学事件和恐怖袭击时提供灵敏、快速的检测手段和及时、有效的救治措施。漫射分光技术无创,可定量测定有关生理终点指标和治疗反应,一种可野外使用的快速检测血氰化物水平的检测仪正处于立项研究阶段。正在研制的氰化物中毒救治药物主要有钴啉醇酰胺、3-巯基丙酮酸前体及两者的联合用药,较传统抗氰药高效,且可方便地经口服、肌注而达到治疗效果。
In recent years, the U.S. government and the army have set up a number of cyanide-related projects aimed at providing sensitive and rapid testing methods and prompt and effective treatment measures in the event of unexpected chemical incidents and terrorist attacks.
