随着静电纺丝技术的发展,熔体静电纺丝因其环境友好、产量高而受到越来越多的关注,但是纤维直径过粗使其发展受到了限制。为了提高纤维细度、降低纤维摆幅,研究者通过添加不同含量的石蜡对聚丙烯(PP)进行改性,研究石蜡对聚丙烯熔体微分静电纺的纤维直径和纤维下落摆幅的影响。实验表明:石蜡作为添加剂,能够有效降低聚丙烯熔体的黏度,使得纤维的平均直径从4.48μm降到1.76μm;添加20%石蜡的聚丙烯熔体微分静电纺射流和纯聚丙烯熔体射流相比摆动半径从12.90mm降到2.63mm。
With the development of electrospinning technology, melt electrospinning has drawn more and more attention due to its environment-friendly and high yield. However, the excessive fiber diameter restricts its development. In order to improve the fiber fineness and reduce the fiber swing, the researchers modified the polypropylene (PP) by adding different content of paraffin to study the influence of paraffin on fiber diameter and fiber drop amplitude of the differential electrospinning of polypropylene melt. Experiments show that paraffin as an additive can effectively reduce the viscosity of polypropylene melt, making the average fiber diameter decreased from 4.48μm to 1.76μm; adding 20% paraffin polypropylene melt differential electrostatic spinning and pure polypropylene melt jet Compared to the swing radius from 12.90mm down to 2.63mm.
